Did You Know…?
Monkey Wrench Ale was launched in 1994.
Monkey Wrench Ale in bottles is brewed to exactly the same recipe as Monkey Wrench Ale in Casks.
A monkey wrench is an adjustable wrench, the name may have evolved from the name of the patent holder Charles Moncky, although there is some evidence to suggest that adjustable wrenches were in use long before Moncky took out a patent.
